Rated 4 out of 5 by Jr_24 Good barrel thin handle
Good bat...Good long hitting surface...handle is thinner than most wood bats...great pop and crack of the bat..resembles an aluminum bat feel...well balanced...good price, great bat...good bat if you're not looking to spend over $100 on a wood bat

Rated 5 out of 5 by Avalanche Excellent bat for the $$$$
My son is a big 16 year old who plays elite ball and hits often and hard. He has had two of these bats.1 broke after getting jammed and hitting the handle but that would have happened with any wood bat and the other is still in service. This bat is well balanced and great value for the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Spartans Great balance to the over weight of the bat
I play in an adult baseball league and I have used other companies for their bats. This Rawlings maple bats weight seems to be balanced right. I have a quicker swing and the ball seems to come off the bat faster.

Bat used new for one baseball game. Used in batting practice and 3 at bats. broke in last at bat. Thumbs down. Do you replace defective bats?

Rated 5 out of 5 by mastroblasto perfect bat
This is one of the best wood bats ive used. I just broke it yesterday by a pitch off the end of the bat. Had some nice rips with it in games and practices and will deffinently buy it again when i have the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Baseball Mom Disappointing
Our 16 year old son used his own money to buy this bat at the end of May. It did not break like many of the reviewers said (he would have been less disappointed!), instead it warped badly. He is a pitcher only so it was rarely used, he doesn't lend it out and keeps it in the house unless he is going back and forth to games.
Definitely a quality issue and of course cannot returned it since it was opened. Have written Rawlings to complain. Next time he buys a product, will encourage him to read the reviews on the product from his phone before he purchases. May have saved himself $55.00.

Rated 1 out of 5 by sonoma county bat broke on good contact 1st day in 1 hour
Just another bad review I guess. $75 feels like a lot to throw away on a bat like this. A glass bat or even porcelain may have lasted longerI recommend going with a bat that has better reviews, I unluckily bought this at a brand new store here in town. This should be pulled from sales as defective. No decent bat breaks in 1 day on 70-80 mph contact WITH SOFT BASEBALLS
