Rated 4 out of 5 by svavrek Missing parts out of the box but works Overall... our daughter loves this thing, and so do we. Setup was a snap and its very easy to pull. For the price of [$] you really can't go wrong. Out of the box the nylon straps which you connect the cover to via snaps was completely missing a snap so the right front of the cover doesn't snap BUT... a quick trip to Jo Ann Fabrics and a new snap is in place and works the way it was designed to. So, it was a very minor minor detail and in no way would warrant me saying its a bad product - its a heck of a good product, especially at the price. This is why it got 4 stars... personally I feel that it deserves five but missing a snap - just not even there - is poor quality control at InStep. June 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Jessica Excellent way to carry baby on bike rides! After months of daily usage and time to get to know the ins and outs of the bicycle trainer I highly recommend this product. My little one absolutely loves the nice smooth ride! The transition from trailer to stroller is really quiet easy and fast; the functionality of having both available is priceless. Easy to put together and fold up. Over all a really solid product. December 30, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Family Biker Perfect We were looking for an easy trailer to carry our 2 year old and 6 month old but did not want to break the bank. We have used the trailer about 4 times on bike rides and on a few walk's/hikes. Product breaks down flat in less than a minute and goes back together just as quickly. I am trying to figure out what the other products that cost 500 dollars have over this one? anyways save some money this item is perfect. September 10, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nette great tow behind The tow behind is great. I have 2 little children and the baby fell a sleep suring the ride. So that means its comfy. I love the color. It was really easy to hook up to my bike. Plenty of room in the for a diaper bag and child size cooler. June 1, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by SDRM Had to return after one run! But exchanged for another one. When we took it out the box it seemed in perfect condition. Super easy to assemble. Pumped the tires up And went for one run on our bike trail. The next day we went back to the trail, and both tires were deflated. A local AAA Truck happened to see us and offered to pump up our tires. He wasn't able to and said there was probably a hole in both. Luckily there was a Dicks Sporting Goods a couple miles from trail. Went straight there and they were so nice and helpful and exchanged it for us. A gentleman who worked there even carried the new one out to our car and helped open it and assemble. I noticed the tires were already fully pumped so I'm assumming the originally one had defective tires from the start since we had to pump them up. We went right back to trail and so far so good!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Emily276 Great product for the price! I recently purchased this trailer after debating over which one to get for awhile. Ended up getting this one because of the price and also because it was one of the only ones in the store. I have only used it about 10-20 times so far, but it has been perfect for us! It seems to be sturdy and well built. It is easy to assemble and fold up. It is also very simple to convert to a jogging stroller. Though it does have a swiveling front wheel for jogging, this may not be the best piece of equipment if you're wanting to use it as a jogging stroller on the regular. As a bike trailer, it functions perfectly and smoothly. This is not a big trailer, though, so if you're wanting a lot of space for 2 kids, this is not the trailer for you. I have a 3 year old who is petite (32lbs) and a 6mo old who is pretty normal sized for her age (19lbs). They fit in there just fine and they both enjoy it a lot but they won't fit in there for long! Not a ton of room if your kids are much bigger than the size I just described. Other than that, this bike trailer is great-especially for the price! April 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bob@WDW Purchased a second for my daughter I purchased my first InSTEP bike trailer for a trip to Fort Wilderness At Walt Disney World. It worked so well I purchased a second and had it shipped to my daughter. The trailer converts easily to a stroller and seems rugged enough to last if taken care of. It is a tight fit if I put both my grandchildren inside and is hard to pull with that much weight. March 26, 2014
