Nike+ SportWatch GPS Powered by TomTom 4.2 5 84 84
Great purchase! I needed another sports watch, and I have usually always worn a Nike one. But this one clearly has proven its' worth and separated itself from my previous Nike purchases. Great in-store service made it a lot easier too. May 14, 2013
Must Buy for Serious Runners This GPS watch is definitely worth the money. It's easy to use, and precisely tracks your mileage. After you are done, you can go online and see your run shown on a map. I trust the mileage readings. The watch band is a little different, but I have no complaints with it. May 12, 2013
WoooooW! This product although a little pricy (I believe around $230 with the protection plan) meets exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a stylish watch that allowed my runs to be recorded and timed that way I could know my distances and push myself against the clock rather than just running to run. Having the watch and knowing the calories I burn and the time it takes me to complete a mile and overall distance is quite fulfilling and allows me to quantify my run. The GPS function does take some time to connect and even longer on cloudy days, but that is expected. Definitely a must if you enjoy running and want to know statistics about your run. May 7, 2013
Screen went out within 2 months Loved the watch, then one day noticed it fogging up. After a few days the screen started blinking and doesn't stop. Fully charged it to see if it was just a battery issue continues to blink. Plan to exchange it for a new one. Hopefully the one I currently have was just a dud. Would recommend going with a Garmin. comfortable, easy to use I like this watch a lot. It's comfortable on my wrist, is easy to set up and use during a run. Works great for interval workouts also. It's a great value for the $. I like the nikeplus website, but the downside is the link to facebook is a little spotty. It won't always post my runs, especially if I try to include the route map. I've had to disconnect a and reconnect several times, and this doesn't always work. Tech support was very responsive, but they weren't able to permanently solve the problem. This seems to be a website issue, though, and doesn't affect the watch performance. May 1, 2013
Nike+ SportWatch GPS Powered by TomTom As badly as I want to give any Nike product five stars, I unfortunately cannot in this case and it may very well be the fault of either Apple or TomTom in this case. I once owned the SportBand which took a while to sync with the sensor but the SportWatch takes a bit longer. The satellite capability is nice because it allows you to map your run and the distance is more accurate than the sensor alone since a change in your stride can mean a change in the distance recorded. However, the satellite function also takes a little while to become active. The watch also did not work with one of my computers; I had to use a different computer to update it and upload my workouts (I've not yet checked to see if it would work on the first computer after the update). Love This Watch. Really Great for Beginners... Took no time to set-up, established an account on my computer in minutes, configuring the primary screen on the watch was a snap and then I was off on my first run. This probably isn't unique for GPS devices but the Nike+ mapping pages are just really cool. And I'm able to easily view and update my account from all of my mobile devices and computers. I also love that I'll never be forced to guess about distances, average pace or the elevation changes that I encounter again. Oh, and it doesn't hurt that the watch looks cool and comes in lots of color combinations. Primary gripe is that it takes a little too long for the watch to locate your shoe pod and/ or a GPS signal. Its not a deal breaker but its a little annoying. April 23, 2013
Great Product I've had this for about 4 weeks and I could not be happier. This watch takes the guess work out of my runs. Now, I can go for a run anywhere and no how far I've gone and when I get home, I can plug it in and see the route I've run. I have always struggled with keeping a good pace and this watch has helped me tremendously. I would recommend this to anyone looking to boost their running experience. April 22, 2013
great functions! I bought the Garmin ForeRunner 101 and I returned it after 2 weeks. It's their base model, so I expected to have limited functions. I bought the Nike GPS sportwatch and I love it. I like the look of it. The functions I like in particular are the intervals feature, history, and it keeps your PR for most categories. It does take longer to link up than the Garmin did. Great watch and although Nike needs to make some improvements to the NikePlus website, I still prefer it over Garmin's. April 16, 2013
I love it! I am an athlete but new to the running world. I purchased this to track how long and how far I am going on runs. I have small wrists and the band isn't all that flexible, but I do not feel this would have changed my mind about purchasing the product if I knew this beforehand. I love it, hands down.
