Very helpful
My son has been looking for just this kind of brace for a very long time. He has a genetic condition that causes his shoulders to dislocate frequently. This brace has been helpful in that it pulls his shoulder up and in the joint socket and helps to stabilize it. He has been very happy with it, and his doctor approves, too.

second brace
i actualy had to return this, my chest was well within the right size for the L/XL but i have narroer shoulders so the shoulder part would slip off. will try the s/m though.

The fit is a little loose. Its hard to adjust without help.

could have been better
I purchased this product for my son. He has torn two ligaments in his shoulder but he wanted to continue to play football so he needed something that would keep his arm/shoulder stable. He is 6'3 182 I purchased a S/M but we were not able to adjust it tight enough he still had a lot of mobility in his shoulder. I think this product could be great however some changes need to be made to it. In the shoulder area add metal plates, in the front and back of the brace. Just like they have with the knee and elbow braces.Unfortunately he was taken out for the season. We returned the brace.

Ultimate Support and Comfort
Seperated Shoulder during Hockey and been looking for a brace that fit all my needs and this one is it. If You need anymore support you need to see a Doc and hace one custom built. Shock Doc has it all support, ajustability, comfort, ect..

Great result for a hard-to-secure area!
I've worn my shoulder support/stability control system twice now while playing tennis and the results have been terrific. As a lefty, I've been able to serve effectively and hit overheads with very little difficulty. Although, I'm still careful not to over-do it, the Shock Doctor system has allowed me to get back in the game where no other types of shoulder stabilization products have worked.

Way too difficult to put on correctly.
I was hoping that this would help me from throwing my arm out when I play goalie in soccer. Unfortunately I'll never know because the diagram and fitting instructions for this product are less than useful. I'm a mechanical engineer and I couldn't figure this one out, so good luck to the general public.

It's alright..
I got this to try an prevent my right shoulder from dislocating, it helped stabilize somewhat but my shoulder still came out. I wore it everyday for about 4 months for basketball and the velcrow straps are starting to not stay velcrowed.
