The Lock broke before I could use it...I followed the instructions on the back and nothing matched with the directions. I tried to improvise and nothing would work....and then the inside metal dial broke and wouldn't snap back on. The item was returned. Disappointed!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by barbara Love the letter combination feature
My son has problems remembering numbers. Having the combination be a word is so helpful to remembering! High quality material, easy to use. Perfect for us!

Could not even set combination! Followed directions to the letter, and could not program it at all!

I bought this lock as my son's very first bike lock. He's 7 and loves the fact that he has to spell a word to unlock it.

We just bought new Mongoose bikes for our teens (17 & 18) and got them each a "WordLock" lock for their bike. They were very easy to set up and they seem to have lots of words available....says over 10,000 word combo available! Our teens had no problems and were off riding the neighborhood in no time.
FYI: I did find that most of the teen slang and inappropate words are not available for use.....Thank goodness!

We bought two of these. We managed to get one set and the other broke as we were attempting to set the code word. I'll be taking it back to the store

Rated 4 out of 5 by lockreview Overall good Lock
We actually bought this bike lock for our inversion table. We have 2 little kids that we wanted to protect from flipping upside down. I love the "word" lock. The letters have to be lined up perfectly in order for the lock to work right and sometimes the last letter has to be wiggled a little for the lock to work. Its not too big of a hassle, but just enough to score a 4 out of 5.
