Rated 5 out of 5 by Randy49 Excellent Knee Support I had been experiencing knee pain while running my usual two-mile route, primarily on the ascent and descent of the hills in my neighborhood. I wondered if I needed to change out my running shoes and/or buy a knee support. I did both. I bought new running shoes and the Shock Doctor Knee Compression Sleeve. The sleeve gave my knee just the right amount of compression to reduce the stress and keep it warm and flexible while I was running. I have used the sleeve for my last four runs without incurring any unusual pain or discomfort in my knee. Whatever is going on with my knee hasn't totally gone away, but the sleeve has given me the ability to continue running without pain or discomfort when I thought I might have to start a walking routine instead. I would recommend trying the sleeve for anyone who has mild to intermediate side knee pain. September 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by runner There needs to be an XS! great knee brace, but I have to get them sewn at the tailor to make them stay on - the top half is too small August 28, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by bjloup Does the job...but needs to breath better I bought the XL in the store using measuring and manufacturer suggested sizing. The sleeve ran small. Not happy that I had to order the largest size online and wait for it, compared to getting it immediately at store. Store needs to carry all sizes. The sleeve does support well, is well made, finger tabs make it easier to pull up, and there is some air transfer behind knee where net is and open patella area. On hot days though, the sleeve quickly builds up sweat and heat underneath getting uncomfortable, so I've had to wear it only when I really need it, for walking outdoors. In air conditioning, I can wear it longer. For the short term it serves the purpose. August 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by king pt slips alot It does what is supposed to do. I had runners knee, and needed a little stabilization. I haven't experienced any pain since using roughly four months. The only problem is that as it gets older or if you do a lot of running or jumping and sweating it seems to start slipping. I find myself constantly having to adjust it. July 24, 2014
