Rated 1 out of 5 by College BB Coach Wheel drys out. Not worth the money
I purchased TWO of these and both did not last more than a season. The rubber pitching wheel dries out and "burns" the ball. Dangerous and not worth it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by baseballmom buy heater balls!!!
Regular baseballs don't work very well with this machine. The rubber tire strips the rubber of the balls. The heater yellow ball that came with machine works great. The machine is easy to use and set up. It`s not consistent though Md you cant readjust because when you do then you are WAY off. It's about 75% accurate to what you set it for.

I was excited by the description and the price but..............It DOES NOT take leather league balls, synthetic little league balls, tennis balls, light weight dimple balls, or wiffle balls. We have only been successful with heavy weight dimple balls.
SPEED AND DELIVER GAUGE POOR
The speed gauge is inaccurate and we can not get speeds that were promised in the manual. The control for ball speed is not accurate. The control for time between balls is not variable and limits use of machine to pitching. No one wants to wait 10 seconds for a ground ball to be hit.
Only 70% of the balls are in the strike zone. You can not practice hitting inside pitches or one that are low and outside-not accurate at aiming.
Easy to assemble, looks cool, balls get stuck often, gives off a nasty rubber smell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Coach Durazo Great machine for 11 year old comp team.
Built and indoor batting cage in the basement and this machine is perfect. Had to figure out the math since I'm using "response time" based on the distance instead of the actual speed dial. My basement is 40? and had several ?higher level? kids practice with it and verified real life game speed and the machine settings. Using the pitching machine balls only for about 8 hours a week with no issues at all. The self-feeder is also great so we can set it up and get close to the batter (next to the net) and really watch their swing without feeding the balls manually.

Great machine for the price. Very accurate and even includes an automatic ball feeder. My son loves it and hits for hours on end.
