Customer Reviews:

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice product, excellent customer service Bought this item online and was excited to get it because of the price. I had read some mixed reviews before purchasing, but figured I could always take it back to the store if it didn't work out. The cage set up in about 45 minutes and seemed really stable. We also have a Heater baseball machine we use with it and it was fun to get inside and take swings which were even too fast for me. After about 2 months, we had a big storm come through and one of my fiberglass rods broke (after going back and reading the instructions I now realize I should have taken the cage down before the storm). Obviously I was upset because it'd only been a few months, but I called the Heater customer service line and there was a girl who was extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement pole for free and I replaced the part in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this cage to my friends. It's worked real good since it's been up and the only time it had an issue was when I was lazy and didn't take it down when we had a storm. My son has improved a ton since we got it and I'm very happy with the purchase. April 12, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Garbage I really wish that I read more reviews before I bought this product. I purchased 2 of them which makes me even more of an idiot. 2 of the fiberglass poles broke in the first year. This is my second season with it and I now have a total of 5 poles broken. I should have gone with my gut and made the batting cage out of steel pipe. But this seemed a lot easier. Lesson learned. November 8, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not very good Bought it on Aug 17 at Dick's in Chesterfield Township and brought it back a few hours later. The string that holds the pipes together breaks easily and the pipes are very nimble and really don't work. don't waste your money. The people at dick's on 23 Mile were really nice but most are clueless. The manager is excellent and helpful but he is the only one. August 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good value. I have to admit, I was skeptical when I saw in the instructions that we have to "bend the poles" into an arc. I was sure they would snap. I even called the 1800 number to question them, but they assured me, they would bend easily.....and they did. I took about 100 swings the first day, had a blast with it, and it held up well. Works nicely with the Heater pitching machine, which hooks perfectly to the cage. Don't try to use it for a golf cage, though. I hit seven golf balls, and four of them went right through the netting. Rated 4 out of 5 by It does the job I use this cage with the jugs small ball pitching machine. It does the job keeping those small balls confined to a reasonably small space. Will this cage last that remains to be seen. October 9, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by good enough for dads and uncles My husband put the cage up and within two days the fiberglass pole snapped. We emailed the manufacturer requested a replacement pole and never got a response. So we just cut the pole at the break and reattached. You would never know that it had snapped. We use it for batting practice and it also works great as a driving range! August 11, 2012
