It's a freekin' fanny pack, what do you want?
I used it on a marathon and stuffed it full of energy gels. It was fine. interestingly, gels are heavy when you consider that 26.2.

needed a fanny pack for my phone
I needed an accessible fanny pack for my samsung galaxy11 . It is sort of oversized ( great screen-easy to read without my glasses on)and the smaller ones did not fit the phone. I chose the runners pak because of the size,, I would have liked it to be in black bit the store onlty had in it with green on it..works well but does not coordinate with my c;lothes..

lifesaver
I was hesitant about buying a runner's pack. I didn't want to feel any movement or bouncing around during my run. I wear this on my higher waist and turn it around so the pack is sitting on my back. The strap is adjustable, nice and thick. The pack feels very secure and does not bounce around at all. I can fit my phone, keys, chapstick, license and even more in the pack. There is no headphone hole cut into the pack, but I let the cord hang out the end of the zipper and that works fine. I highly recommend this pack to anyone in the market.

Great Running Belt
I was looking for something to store my iPhone and car key while running but that also provided NO BOUNCE. I am so happy with the Nathan 5k Runners Pak; it is the perfect size, fits very well and there is no bounce while running. I have recommended it to a couple of friends.

thank goodness I found and bought this
I own a galaxy s 3 enclosed in an otterbox defender. the whole setup, holster included, fits inside of this waistband bag! very comfortable. nice wide belt. serious clip closure. easy to adjust around waist. nicely padded.

Essential Event Pak
I wore this pak during my first half marathon and love it. It fit all the items I didn't want to leave in my duffel (car key, debit card, cash, ID, and smartphone). It's lightweight and comfortably worn. The only thing I would change is possibly a deeper 2nd pocket. The small ID pocket in the front holds little more than a pen and tube of chapstick. Would also love to see it with a earbud port so you can leave your player or phone in the pocket and listen to music at the same time.
