after all disappointed I bought this cooler after researching many options. It had very good reviews so I bought it. After only two weeks of minimal use, the soft padding of the handle cracked and will come off if I touch the handle more often. I cannot imagine how this cooler would hold up, if I would actually start to use it regularly. I will return it for a refund. April 25, 2013
Kept things cold and easily transported Kept our food for the 2 days from fridge to fridge. Love the handle to pull it along. The handle is supported along the long axis of the cooler for more control,stability and will probably hold up better. Wish other manufacturers put that much thought into their engineering. very pleased with the product I use the Glide for camping and as a female I was able to manage it alone over various terrines. I had to order it through the online system and the staff was friendly, although he was spitting tobacco during the purchase, the process was a bit complicated. The store promises free in-store delivery but the on-line system wouldn't cancel the entire shipping cost and the store only gave me a partial shipping discount. April 29, 2012
