VERY NICE SKATE MY SON WAS VERY EXCITED WHEN HE GOT THESE FOR HIS 11TH BDAY. THE ONLY THING HE WAS NOT FOND OF WAS THE SENSATION THE FRONT WHEELS MAKE WHEN TURN, BUT IN TIME HE WILL GET USE TO IT. THE FRONT WHEELS ARE MEANT TO GLIDE WITH THE CORNER. NICE BUY!! May 7, 2013
They're ok We spent good money on these. We didn't expect them to not sustain any damage from our 8 yo. But, on the very first day he wore them the toes were worn out and the material was coming off the skate. W had to go out and get toe protectors. January 19, 2013

very good product -worth the price When we received the skates, the bottom of one of the roller portions was not attached and we had to call to be sent the connections that were missing. after we recieved the wrong connections (the washer, nut and 2 spacers) we recalled and they sent the right connections. it was 10 days from the day we got the skates until they were fixed to be used. Although we missed the event that the skates were intended for, they will still be used for future events.the lady we had talked to (whom I can't remember her name) was very polite, apologetic and effient. we will be ordering again from Dicks.
