Awesome Jacket
It was in the 20s outside, and I wore this jacket with an UnderArmour base layer and a very thin fleece, and I was very comfortable. (I am easily cold, though!) The only thing is the powder skirt did not keep out the powder. :-/ However, the jacket had lots of convenient pockets and storage, looked great on the slopes, and kept me warm. I am very impressed with the quality for this price range. Most other coats I was looking at were in the $300+ range.

Very Warm Coat
I ordered this coat in the Sea Salt color. It is very pretty, very warm, and has lots of nice features. I have needed a really warm coat for all of the recess duty I have this year. This coat would have fit all of my must haves except it runs very small. I am 5'3" and 130 pounds. I usually wear a size 6 or 8 everywhere, but a medium in this coat was too small. I could fit it on, but would not have been able to even wear a sweater or light jacket under it. I reordered the Columbia Whirlibird omni heat jacket in a large and returned this jacket. I feel like the sleeves especially seem very narrow.

If only the zipper weren't broken...
I wanted to love this jacket, really I did. It was exactly what I was looking for to replace an older jacket on which the zipper had simply worn out after years of use. Unfortunately, the zipper on this jacket broke after just one day; first, it split at the bottom, then it got stuck halfway up. I had to shimmy out of the jacket to get it off. As I bought the jacket as an end-of-season deal (thus the excellent value rating, or it would've been had there been no problems), I wasn't expecting it to be in stock for an exchange. I am unable to return the jacket to a store because I used PayPal to pay for it... So, I am waiting for a refund once the jacket is received at the warehouse.

Love the coat, but it runs a little small. Wish it came in 1X or 2X, but the snugness feels warmer

Awesome Jacket
Purchased this jacket for skiing and playing in the snow with the kids. It is extremely warm, to the point that I can only wear a lightweight shirt underneath or I turn into a pool of sweat. It's lightweight, warm, comfortable and I love that you can zip off the fur on the hood (not really my style) and that it has the inner layer thumb hole sleeve thing to keep the snow out. I completely recommend this jacket.

Best jacket ever
I love this jacket. It keeps you warm, dry, and there is no need to wear a sweater underneath it. There is no need to take the jacket off when indoors, and the style is awesome. I highly recomend it for you.

Nice coat
This is a very nice looking coat. I'm usually cold and this fits the bill. I got it in black and it's sharp looking. Fits well. I would only buy it on sale.

Bad zippers
I bought this coat in the store, on day 2 the zipper broke while I was wearing the coat. I literally had to climb out of the coat. I returned it to the store, and they ordered me another online in my size. On day 1, the same exact zipper problem happened. Climbed out again, and returned the coat. I'm not giving a third try to this coat. Really disappointing - it WAS really warm!

Omni heat down coat
It's a great coat. It keeps you warm and you don't have to wear an extra sweater underneath it. Very light and comfortable.
