Comfortable and easy to use I am a trainer and my older clients love slipping this on their hand to use as we train for added weight during movements. I also let clients wear this as added weight during sprints. Very comrfortable and very easy to slip on and off...i bought several sizes of weights and they are all this comfortable. Works good for me light exercise. neat, easy to use. The weight shifts to the end when using but not a major problem. Wish there were/are similar with more weight (mayby 3 or 4 lbs). How will they be able to be cleaned? July 16, 2012

Gets your arms pumping! I love the hand weights, they're easy to grip and not too heavy. They keep your arms pumping while you walk which makes me able to walk faster. I have them in 1lb weight also for those days when I want to take it easy. November 6, 2011
