LOVE Omni Heat !
These gloves are extremely toasty. Yes, I know I live in GA and don't have as many problems with cold, but I do like to snow ski in places like Canada. I also have Raynaud's disease (It causes the blood vessels to narrow in your hands and feet when you are cold or feeling stressed). So having warmth for my fingers is very important.
Omni Heat is now a permanent accessory to my winter/fall life style.
