Good for the price For the price this was a good purchase. The target I was given is a foam block with the target face like the picture. The only thing I didn't like is that the target face is too big for the block so it has several of the outer rings wrapping around to the side. For target practice or backyard fun that's not an issue, but for any sort of competition it wouldn't be acceptable. November 17, 2014
Light weight, durable. This target is light weight and durable. Some I have had for months and months of commercial shooting. On an average weekend they are shot approximately 100 times each. When the center wears out on the ten ring, simply turn the target to the back and shoot the 4-spot bulls eyes. Great value. Keep them out of the weather as they will collapse after getting wet. Great Target My daughter is 11 years old and has a Genesis compound bow. This target is perfect for backyard practice. She has not had any problems with arrows penetrating the target or pulling the arrows out of the target. I purchased this target because of the large size, thickness and price. Very happy with the purchase and only time will tell how long it will last. February 3, 2014

Disappointed Daughter My daughter loves her recurve bow and wanted a bigger target. I bought this target and more field point target arrows for her to use. 98% of her arrows just bounce off the target. After moving closer and trying different angles she still wasn't able to get any to penetrate the cover. So I decided to give it a whirl and really pull back on her bow. The arrow just bounced off and even came back towards us. After about 20 tries I was able to get one to stick. If this target isn't made for average field point arrows is should have a label on it or even suggest what type of arrow this is made for. The employee who sold this to me along with the arrows should have mentioned that the arrows would not be sticking to this target. He probably didn't know any difference. I guess I should have went to a real archery store in the first place. April 29, 2013
Not bad Seems to be just cardboard and foam underneath the nice cover. It seems to me that the thickness of the cardboard varies from target to target; and even within a single target itself. I use a 60# traditional longbow. My son uses a 40# recurve. Neither of us have tried a compound bow yet. My arrows usually stick. About 30% from his recurve bounce off, depending where you hit the cardboard underneath. It seems inconsistent. No trouble at all with anything passing through the target. but we're only 170fps at the top end. It may also depend on the quality of your field point. Some of the duller points well tend to bounce off. The target is huge, so it's great for longer distances or novices who don't want to lose as many arrows, but next time I'll spend $20 more for a better target -or- $20 less for a similar low end target. Target has a large and small size targets The target has nice flat sides and a large target side and four small targets on the opposite side. It also has two top loop hooks to keep it secured. April 2, 2013
good target for low poundage bows I bought this target for the size and price.I wanted an extra target for me and my wife to shoot at. I left the store thinking I could shoot at this not seeing the one side that said "youth target" so my arrows went through. Great for my wife and grandson to shoot at but i'll stay away. Great target practice I purchase this target for my boys to practice for hunting. They ben wanting to go deer hunting. Its nice it has the large target on one side and 4 smaller targets on the other side for grouping their shots. March 26, 2013
Great target for youth I bought the target for my son's 9th birthday. His has gotten progressively better with his new bow. The target is large enough that when his aim is off, he can still hit the target area and not lose his arrows. March 26, 2013
