Barnett Ghost 400 Carbonlite Scope Crossbow Package
I have own a few crossbows in the past. So last year me and the wife get two of them and ill tell you what the speed is out of this world the wife shot a 7 pointer Oct 2nd out of her treestand and even have it on video at 400FPS the bolt passed right through and had to dig the bolt out of the ground. The next day i was in my blind and shot two does at once and still the bolt went 15 yards passed that. She loves it becauce it being so light i just like it because know one else has one on my block...lol

Velocity is Impressive!!
I have yet to take this hunting, but I'm impressed with the power and velocity. My bag targets wont stop the bolts!! Drawing the bow takes some effort for sure. Your not going to draw this with your bare hands. As far as accuracy,,, I may need to practice more, but its not as accurate as I had hoped for. At 50yrds I'm holding a pie plate sized group. I had to move back to 50yds so my target would stop the bolts, and I'm still shooting thru!!! I doubt you could use this for small-game, to much power.

Truly my bow of choice. A good friend of mine recommended this bow to me because I have been hunting with an x-bow for a while. I immediately sold my old bow after I bought this one. Don't miss it at all.

Greatness has flaws
Someone told me about Barnett about a year because they were an avid bow shooter. When I got this, it was a little flimsy because whoever put the bolts on didn't do a good job. Luckily, the manager at Dick's was an expert and was able to fix for me free of charge. Otherwise, this bow has great power and accuracy. Because of that, I'm willing to overlook the beginning headache.

Bolts are terrible. They broke.
Used to deer hunt. Velocity is terrific. Difficult to draw, but is loosening up some. Bolts were "throw aways".
