This product is not worth the money. I returned it and got the nano. The 3d is to shallow. It does not stay on your teeth.

custom fit for each individual jaw
Follow the directions to the letter and this lightweight mouthguard conforms to your teeth for a nonslip grip. After ruining a new $1200 filling from teethclenching on last benchpress and last super dip I rejected the dentist $500 custom fit mouthguard and am happy to drop the zero for much cheaper efficient protection.

Sounded better than reality
Never fit to extent expected. Loose fit caused gag reflex. Cooking and forming instructions repeated to no avail. Handle poorly attached. Waste of money, should have gone with a cheap one. Not exactly a returnable item. Very disappointing.

Waste of Money
It looked like a great mouthguard, but it doesn't fit tightly to your teeth. It comes off really easy.

Lt. weight, easy to breath
So far I like it, whish it was white, or clear using it for basketball, however if it last I can use it for football. Breathing is easier, with the breathing holes.
