Piece of junk!
This thing is total junk,
Too small for your arms
The thing constantly slips - this is the worst part
The neck pad is also horrible
I am throwing this in the trash
The old Brenda Dycraft one from a decade ago was 100% better
Don't buy this!

not so much for me
i dont recommend this product especially when you have a neck problem; not so much protection on my neck, too much pressure not wide enough or cushion.

works, but a few design flaws
I purchased this unit to replace an older, cheaper, and vastly more comfortable to use product that had broken down over time. the pad on this device is in no way ergonomically shaped and I have considered reshaping it with a knife but have not done so yet. the headrest also prevents the unit from ever being fully flat, and I'm not sure if this was an oversight or an intended feature. lastly, the bar is significantly longer than other units I've used, and I have to stretch very far to have my hands comfortably where they should be for regular sit-ups. I'm 5'8" if that helps.

OK but not that great for smaller people
I can exercise OK on it, but my wife is smaller and it's harder to reach the bars when doing abs workout.

Does not work as well as I hope. Uncomfortable and doesn't help much with a full setup position.

A MUST HAVE, EPECIALLY FOR THE LAZY !!
For the first time ever, I bought a T.V. product called the "Ab Roller." Three months later, I found that I had lost 30 lbs. and 2" on my waistline by working out only 15-20 min. per day! If you hate the gym as much as I do, this sturdy, simple, affordable machine is a MUST HAVE! I recently bought the 2nd generation "Evolution" Ab Roller at Dick's. The steeper approach angles are a great improvement. This ranks in my personal top 10 purchases of all time.
