Great buy, great product
I've had this thing for about a month now and I use it about every other day. I was really impressed by the quality of this bag. I just hit it for exercise and typically spend anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour just punching and kicking it. When I kick it swings back a good bit, but with punches it seems to roll nicely with them. As for the gloves, WOW. I tried on a pair similar to the ones that came with the bag and didn't like them, so I picked up some MMA gloves with the bag, and here I didn't even need to. I tried the gloves that came with the bag when I set it up and they are just phenomenal. They feel amazing and I barely wear those $35 dollar MMA gloves, I could have almost gotten a whole other bag!
This is my first punching bag, and I didn't get a stand so I made do with tying it to a beam in a shed with a rope. It's low tech, but it works. The way I have it set up I only hit it on one side so the fiber filling sort of compacts on the sides a little, which I can soften up a bit by just hitting it. All in all a great bag and I would buy it again.
