It can hold a full grown ogre I'm 6'2 and 230lbs, I connect these straps to my $20 pullup bar almost everyday and I haven't broken my neck, yet. I feel safe in them while I'm exercising and recommend these straps. January 30, 2013

Ab rippers If you have the perfect pull up and are thinking about getting the ab straps go ahead and get them these things will pump up your abs big time.
