Rated 3 out of 5 by TW Good Product but BEWARE I think this product is very beneficial in creating a "steeper angle" of attack and also helping make your wrist hinge and release more active. " Let me clear up one thing if you have a sound, solid swing plane and mechanics I think this will help re-ensure that, just as I think it could do the same for bad habits" HOWEVER, I noticed after really putting in some work with this that it caused a very bad "slip in my grip". My guess is that the added weight and whip effect contributed to this. Now I noticed this very early and am working on correcting it ( but I need to be conscientious of it) Huge downside in my book. I do like this product and will continue to work with it July 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Mark Good Workout and Promotes Flatter Swing I have had this product for 10 days and it does exactly as advertised. It provides a good stretch that can be incorporated into a good core body workout. After 10 days you will notice a significant difference in the feel of your regular golf club as you will swing much faster and on a flatter swing path. You may even find that you may need a stronger flex after working out with this product for several weeks. I would not swing this product in the middle of a golf round as it will really screw up your tempo, only use during your off range/course hours. January 6, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by JLT Pretty Happy So Far ... After much deliberation, picking it up & putting it back on the shelf today, I decided to give this training aid a try. I have been having some issues with tempo and my swing plane & my hope was that this could help with those issues. I was itching to get to the driving range & must admit that I am pleasantly surprised with how well it went. First of all, this device really helped me get my body warned up & stretched. It seems like I have a harder & harder time getting my lower back loose as I get older, & swinging this thing 10 times before grabbing a club really helped. Second, I was able to get my tempo in line where it needs to be. And third, this aid seems to help me with making a good complete turn back & following that with a good finish. The clubs were very light after warming up with it & it did take a little adjustment for me to not get too fast on the way down. Granted all this took place at the driving range but after using this device I was crushing about 90% of my drives down the middle or with a little bit of draw. January 28, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Bird-Dog Over Priced Strength and tempo trainer is useful for warming up prior to hitting golf shots and for enhancing muscles used during your golf swing. I personally believe the product is over-priced. March 3, 2012
