Great Workout I am a 5' 6" and 145 pounds. I have been using this for 4 weeks, following the program that comes with it (13 weeks total). I am a Marine and in shape already, but this thing has already made my back stronger, increased the size of my triceps and lats and I am making my suits bulge (I had a job interview and I thought I was going to blow a button). My abs and pecs are becoming more defined too. I am pairing the workouts with some creatine before and 20g of protein afterward. The quality is good, but I had to tighten a couple bolts after continuous use (about 5-6 days a week). This is a great piece for doing winter workouts in Iowa. Boom. February 10, 2013

Better than I expected! Great workout! Bought this with great skepticism, but it proved itself the first day. I went right for the arm blast workout. I was surprised how good the workout is. I now use the rack in conjunction with free weights and a total gym to really mix up the workouts. Owen pushes you through the workouts without any wasted talk, it's just straight up workout. Nice Workout I have had this piece of equipment for a month now. I use it 3-4 times a week and I can see the results already. If you use the DVD's and follow exactly along it will provide a very challenging workout It kicked my butt for the first week or so. November 5, 2012
