not for heavy lifters
When I purchased the unit I was unsure of the weight capacities. I looked them up online and I was confused. I used the unit for almost a year. The unit is ok but not for heavy lifting. I outgrew the unit for squats If you don.t get into heavy lifting the unit will work well. The squat station is only rated at 300 lbs.

Awesome price...very happy so far
Awesome product at a huge price savings. Picked this up on cyber Monday at half the price..awesome deal. Worked out on it for about 2 weeks so far and the only bad thing I have to say is the heavier you go the less stable it feels, but with that said I know its not the product. Just different from my last machine. Plenty of exercises that you can perform on it. Very happy with the purchase.

Best home gym I've ever owned!!
This is the best home gym that I've ever used. I have been exercising for years and have used several machines. I owned a Powertec workbench system, and for me this is a better machine. I can safely use all of the stations to strengthen all body groups. This is in all aspects an excellent machine!
