Rated 3 out of 5 by Wakulla123 Needs a better wrap
Due to the many layers of foam, it's pertinent to keep it wrapped tight or the layers get loose & it won't stop an arrow from going all the way thru. While trying to setup a new bow, an arrow went in an angle & hit the plastic wrap and cut one of the plastic straps that help the block together; well that was the end of this $60 block. Otherwise, this stops crossbow arrows & broadheads very well.

It's a good target for regular bows .when I purchased it I was told it would stop my crossbow bolts which it did not my bolts went all the way to the fletchings. Not happy with your store specialist in the hunting department

Rated 5 out of 5 by Trapper Good bow target
Arrows penetrate about 10 inches. They pull out easily. Haven't tried broadheads yet but I think target will take them well. I very happy with this target

Portable enough to put in the back of the car, and big enough to be effective.

Great product for field points. Quiet and easy to pull arrows from the target. I recommend this for anyone in archery.

I'm a novice archer and needed a good target to practice on. This fit my needs nicely. When I pulled my arrows out, you could hardly tell where they hit. Two minor complaints, though. The first is that I wish they made a somewhat bigger version for those of us who are new to the sport, because I had more than my fair share of arrows miss the target entirely. The second is that when I did hit the target, my arrows went about half way in, which made it a real challenge to pull them out. Guess its the price you pay for a "re-sealable" target.

I had the larger version for 11 years and it was time to replace it. I shot target and broadheads in the old one and will likely do the same with this one. This one does have a layered mapeup where the old is composite. The new is much easier to handle (lighter) and about 10% smaller also on the old larger target you could use all 2 sides. The new only has 2 and the bother 2 sides are bundled in plastic
