Rated 5 out of 5áby outdoorfamily12 outstanding tent We loved this tent, we didn't have any issues with rain coming in and soaking our gear. I have 6 person family and we all slept great. we were able to fit 3 air mattress 2 queen and one twin. had still some room, the fan and light fixture could have been built better. kids loved the divider inside the tent for privacy. we stayed for 2 weeks in the tent and again didn't have issues with water getting in tent and it rain 3 days straight. easy to set up I supervise my 12 and 10 year old put the tent up. I really felt that I was on a real vacation. March 1, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5áby Michael water intrusion used it twice and water came through wall and ceiling! Had 1 inch of water inside. Coleman does not want to take responsibility for bad product. August 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Heather Love this tent Took it camping over the weekend it rained heavy tent leaked in a few spots but nothing horrible. The fan could be a little better but we love the tent.... Would recommend this tent for a small family so you have lots of room. You can fit 2 queen size mattresses July 26, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5áby Bo444444 Wading pool This tent does not leak, its an open tap! Water entered from every region of the rainfly. Top, side, front, back.....it poured in. Even the sides (not from the windows) would stream water!! All our bedding clothes cots etc were saturated. Only plus was the bottom didn't leak....it held the water all to well. I just returned this. March 9, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5áby JP Great Tent Easy to setup, very roomy, didn't encounter any rain on our first trip with this tent so i cant comment on leaks. 6 windows really open this tent up and allows plenty of airflow. Unlike other reviewers, I thought this tent was very sturdy. The only complaint i have is with the light/fan combo unit was not very easy to twist into the socket and feels like it will break the socket off easily, but was so nice to have and I really like the lighted wall switch. Over all i would recommend this tent to our family and friends. October 16, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5áby kingofgracest We like it. 4 of us stayed in this for 7 days, two of them rainy. We stayed completely dry at all times, even one night when it POURED for 6 hrs. Not a drop got in, which makes me wonder if the other 2 reviewers had the rainfly on right. I had no tarp above or below us. Didn't need one. It was very roomy with 2 queen mattresses, 4 peoples stuff, and a portable toilet. The huge windows and roof screens made it very cool and breezy. I've never had this much natural airflow with any tent. Finally, the ceiling fan/light and powerpack were very cool. I have no complaints about this tent so far. October 3, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5áby Randy and Marchelle the Disappointed. Leaks like a seive. Fairly easy to set up. Looks great. My wife and I got the tent set up fairly easy. Then it started to rain and the water was pouring outside and inside. The rainfly is engineered very poorly and we had a couple of inches of water inside the tent. Then had to take tent down and didn't even get to spend the night because all of our gear was wet. We spent $40.00 on gas and $180.00 on a campsite. Immediately we had to take it back down in the pouring rain and spend another $40 dollars to get back home. We didn't test the tent ahead of time because it was a Coleman and guaranteed not to leak. The seams and windows leaked along with the poorly designed rain-fly. October 1, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5áby The drenched campers Do not purchase this product This was used for four weeks in warm weather at the Maine shore. It leaked with light rain and with heavy rain we had two inches of rain on the tent floor. It was poorly made with the seems not fully sewn in. We have camped for five years with another tent and never had these problems. August 15, 2011
