Rated 5 out of 5 by the guy hitting the heavy bag Best sportinggoods store gloves I tried! I use for the heavy bag. Better than even everlast's $20 more expensive elite gloves. These offer better padding and wrist support. If you gotta have gloves immediately, the ufc ones sold in the store are made by century and almost identical to these. If you are ok with ordering online, go for these. They seem of slightly higher quality. I have large hands and these fit me well with or without my hands wrapped. I really hope Century continues to make this well designed glove and not go el cheapo on design like its competitors did. March 2, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by BreakY These are hard to find! I had to buy a pair of these for my Krav Maga club as we go through sparring drills at almost every class. I tried these out as a loaner as well as some other brands, and these ones got me definitely. They fit great, are streamlined, and have great padding. The only bad thing that happened was that my sparring partner hit my thumb at the wrong angle and I almost jammed them. I'm not sure if that happens with all boxing gloves, but do be careful of that if you ever get a pair. The only size available is the 14 oz. It feels right when you use it for a while, but it can be tight for the first few fittings. Still, highly recommended! October 11, 2011
