Great value Good product for the price. Easy to use and durable December 16, 2014
great value This was my first set of sticks. Went up easy and stayed solid so far in 2weeks of rain and cold December 9, 2014
Product is handy Makes tree stand hanging easier and more comfortable climbing in and out of tree. Not to heavy to bundle and tote tho the woods either. December 4, 2014
Very easy to install. Excellent set of steps for a quick set-up with a hang-on stand. ( although the stand was a bit bulky to pull up to fasten to tree. Had nothing to do with the steps though ) December 3, 2014
Climbing stick It was really easy to put up. I like the straps they are better than the strings they use to use November 29, 2014
Simple and works well. The ladder is light and sturdy enough for its purpose. Im just under 200 lbs and have been very comfortable climbing up and down the ladder. The only complaint is it comes with cam buckle straps instead of ratcet straps, but the cam buckles do work well enough. If you are wary of hieghts you may want to buy seperate ratchet straps just for extra peace of mind. Overall i would buy again. November 26, 2014
Would be a 5 star but all the hardware is garbage Bought 2 set of these on sale, very good welds and solid construction. The cleats and strap hangers are supplied with cheap wing nuts, and the sticks attach with standard spring clips. (THROW THIS STUFF IN THE GARBAGE) Do yourself a favor and replace these with bolts. I used grade 8 bolts for all and when bolted together rock solid with no sound or wobble. (I also put nylon washers for no metal to metal contact) They come supplied with 5 tension tie down straps, these are absolute junk. They are 5' long and will not reach all the way around a tree safe enough to hang a stand from (maybe 14") so If you want a stand in a tree that will sway with the slightest wind or not offer any concealment the straps are great. Primal Vantage (also makes the Field and Stream stands) makes these too and if they could spend an extra 10 cents for a 6" strap these would be much better. I plan on spraying bedliner on them and camo painting after the season, and with my grade 8 bolt upgrade and real ratchet straps plan to get many years of service out of these (keep everything inside after season) November 23, 2014
They fade quikcly I own several sets. Overall there okay for the price. I leave my sticks out each year, I just loosen the straps...you can't do that with these sticks, due to the fact they will fade to a shiny white/grey. Also, keep an eye on the screw and nut, which hold on the U piece that goes against the tree, they will loosen on you. November 23, 2014
Good value for the money! The sale price made it a good value for the money and met my needs for reaching my lock-on stand... November 18, 2014
ok product nice and not to expensive. it will work to get you in. pretty much only complaint is the straps they are too short and i had to search around for a tree that they would fit. November 18, 2014
