Rated 5 out of 5áby added extra weight and endurence to my w i made the suggested serving size, and consumed it about 20 minutes prior to my regular workout, seems like i had more drive, energy, and even went a extra set, of heavier than usual weights workout, after using for 2 weeks now, i see quite a difference, looking back at my workout logbook, i work in a factory, that is a strenous work out over about a eight hour shift, alot of bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, running, quick movements, seems like i am not as exausted when i clock out after 8 or so hours June 7, 2012
