N.O. Explode This prodcut is great for getting the oxygen into the bloodstream and increasing the "Pump" during workouts. A side effect is that it causes hot/cold flashes and it is best to cycle off after about 6 weeks use. Take a couple of weeks off and get back on it. This product is great for adding the addtional motivation to work hard while hitting the weights. March 19, 2013

Really Helps Your Workout right away you feel the tingle in your skin, that's your blood vessels expanding. more blood in your muscles makes for more poweful reps. i lift more weight and can do more reps with n.o. explode. the caffeine in it does keep you up at night if you take it too late in the evening, other than that, it's a great product.
