great before or after football practice
Product really works, but you must workout hard while using it or it is just a fat increaser.

Excellent product
Excellent after serious exercise. I seem to be less sore on the next day. It is satisfying if I have to postpone lunch. And it has a decent taste. It usually mixes up well though there are always a blob of two that doesn't.
