Excellent boots, sent wrong size in box.
Boots looked great and got here quickly as a present for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, the box said size 6 and the boots were actually a size 5 in the box. After calling customer service, however, they immediately e-mailed me a free shipping label within 24 hours. Great service rep, good information, and speedy response to my problem.
