Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Little Product I have used the InMotion both sitting down and standing up and it has been a good product. I have limited room to workout - with this item, you don't need a lot of room, easy to move around and using it in the seated position reminds me of the motion of a bike. September 14, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy with this elliptical Stamina InMotion E1000 Elliptical Trainer: bought a few weeks ago to keep up an exercise routine during winter months. (I prefer to walk and hike outdoors.) So far I am pleased with this product. My number one priority was quality. I want a good workout on a product that doesn't feel flimsy or cheaply made, and I want the product to last. Obviously I can't address how long it will last, but so far so good. This elliptical feels sturdy. It seems well-designed. My one peeve is that the resistance-adjustment knob sounds like it works on a cheap plastic gear, so I have refrained from experimenting too much with that setting. This model is portable. Takes up almost no space. It was easy to assemble. The display is easy to read. It has a strange algorithm for calculating distance that doesn't seem to make a lick of sense, but I don't track distance, so it doesn't bother me. All in all, I'm pleased with this purchase. Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent product! First thing...I love Dick's too, but it's much cheaper elsewhere. I've used mine for seven months now, and I'm still in love with it. I have limited storage space, and this is perfect if you don't have either the room to store it, or exercise with. I had one small problem where the C-ring popped off a couple times, but after tightening it, I haven't had a single problem. It's inexpensive, and easy to use at home while watching TV, or listening to music. I highly recommend it. July 29, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by do not buy this cheap item I bought this item on 3/15/2013 after 1 month - ( workout 3 times a week ) front wheel bearing is broken. and very next day, it has totally STOP WORKING at all. I found a lots of same issue on Amazon review. May 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by 3 Days Then Loud It does what I need it to do, keeps track alright. The balance isn't phenomenal. After three days, it started being louder. I also recommend tightening it up every three/four days. Overall, it isn't bad and doesn't take up a lot of space. August 25, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Unsatisfied Ordered product online in-store. Shipping did not take long, received just in time for Christmas last year, however, the product was cracked in a few place when we opened the box. We returned it to our local Dicks Sporting Goods store and exchanged for a new one to be delivered to our house. When we received the second one, it again was broken / cracked. For this much money, sale or no sale, it should not be easily destructible like that. We returned the product all together & looked for something with better quality for the same price. Rated 2 out of 5 by Keep in mind the range of motion Keep in mind the range of motion in comparison to other elliptical machines. Yes, this one is compact and a space saver, but you're taking tiny little steps. If you're looking for longer strides in a machine to get a good cardio, I did not find that in this machine. It works well, but limited. February 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love It! Perfect little elliptical trainer for your desk or at home while watching TV. Get movin'!! November 19, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Previous Reviewer--Update I had this product for less than six months when it broke. Alright, I contacted Staminaproducts (the warranty holders) and they sent me a couple parts, broke again. They have made it difficult to communicate, difficult to fix this product, and have been absolutely terrible between the poorly made product and their customer service. I understand it was only around $200. But for that value, I got 19 minutes per dollar I spent. Not a good value, not remotely. March 11, 2015
