Does not work
This rope is a piece of junk. Save your money and buy something else. I gave it to my kids to use to play. It is not an exercise too by any stretch of the imagination.

good for someone who just started jumpin
on my off season i usually run 4 miles, and jump rope for a cardio workout because i hate being in the gym on beautiful days. the rope works fine for someone thats doing basic jump rope and does not do it often, but for lets say someone looking for alittle bit more from their rope this is not the one for you.

It doesn't swing...
I tried the jump rope one time. It doesn't work the way I expected. I have not used this jump rope and am planning on returning it to a local store.
