Very nice kettlebell. Saves your wrist from contact.
Great kettlebell. The Bob Harper DVD is useless in my opinion, but the bell itself is why I made the purchase. I use the SKOGG System DVD's and this bell saves your wrist in the snatch and the clean. It does hit your shoulder a bit in rack position. Overall it's a great kettlebell at a slightly inflated price, but I'd buy it again. A good bell is worth the price.

Great product all around
I don't usually buy into products endorsed by celebrity fitness instructors but I do have to say these kettlebell's make all too much sense. The feel and fit of the kettlebell is perfect for any exercise you would use with a standard kb but the contour spares your forearm the torture. That alone makes it worth the buy but thankfully this little added feature doesn't come at the cost of quality. They didn't swap out the cast iron for plastic to make it look pretty and comfortable! Therefore it's an all around smart buy. It might seem a bit pricey but kettlebells always are and why not spend the money on one that will last forever AND handles with ease?
