I would not buy this product I was very excited about this bike, but when I had a problem from my first use with the controller not working, I called the Live Strong customer service number. After being on hold for over 10 minutes, I received a message that basically said they don't have anyone to answer the phone and to call back tomorrow. I'm not kidding. Not even a voice mail option. Meanwhile, I am unable to enter my weight or to change the bike level because the controller button appears to be bad (cheap quality by the way). Maybe when the bike works I will like it, but I'm very disappointed so far. I did buy a warranty, but what a bummer that I have to call someone to come to my house to fix this... May 10, 2013
Love this bike!!! I ride this bike when weather or timing doesn't allow me to ride my normal 22 mile route... this bike is OUTSTANDING, with a nice, big, comfort seat & a near-perfect upright positioning for good posture while exercising. Definitely worth the price & investment... I paid for the total delivery & install package, & would advise everyone to do the same... Semper Fidelis! March 22, 2013

This product is amazing. Recently got he Livestong bike and I cannot say enough good things about it. The seat is very comfy, and I love the way I can adjust it up and down as well as forward and backwards. It is very quiet and I just love it. December 19, 2012
Love this bike Seat is super comfortable. Foot pedals are large and give your foot a firm resting place. Very smooth and super quiet. The electronic board is very similar to the ellipticals and very easy to use. I use daily and there are only two things I wish it had... a fan and an on/off switch. Does come with cord to plug in, so we just unplug when not using. I wouldn't trade it! We have a Livestrong elliptical and we love this brand! October 9, 2012

Initially, great. This product is well made, and easy to put together. Total assembly time is roughly 1-2 hours. Probably could be faster, but I read the instructions carefully. Performance is great so far. Future performance would be a guess. I'm happy with the product so far, and would recommend it. Seat is a little uncomfortable, but a gel cover or bike shorts help. Most upright bike seats aren't perfect. It's height and front/back positioning are adjustable for your preference. July 3, 2012
