This product is easy to use.
I am disappointed that the quality and strength or durability of the rubber tubing is not what it was advertised to be. I have broken or snapped the tube one time on a 5 lbs and 3 times on a 15 lbs. Just by following what was recommended on the dvd that came with it.

Too short
I had been using another 5lb resistance band that my dog decided was a chew toy. I ran out to buy this one, figuring it would be similar. This band is so short that I can't do many of my usual exercises, since getting it to reach far enough increases the resistance too much. I'll have to return this one and search for something better.

great product
I bought this band to you with the TapOut XT workout DVD's. Prior to purchasing this brand I purchased a few other similiar products but found that there were too short and were uneven in the resistance that they provided. This is a far superior product and just what I was looking for. I also purchased the 10 and 15lb resistance tubes.

This product broke twice
during one of the standard exercises the band snapped (broke). I returned the band and started using the new one. It also snapped in the same place. I then went to the next stronger band (10 lb) and it seems to be stronger .

good alternative to band
I am allergic to latex and since you do not carry a latex free band opted to try this and so far so good and my hands have not broken out from using it.

No instructions for assembly
Couldn't figure out how to assemble and there are no instructions included in the packaging. Piece of garbage.

use to stretch before playing golf!
Use to stretch before playing golf great! Also older person and use to keep fit and tone which is important at this age! Use at work when not busy! Easy to use!
