Bands begin to tear after extended use
I'm on my second round of P90X and the bands are showing some signs of wear. Small tears have began to form and I'm worried they may snap. They were less expensive than the others, but I figured they'd last longer than a year.

It bounces back
The stretch rope works the way it is supposed to. The resistance and release work just as any other stretch rope I've ever used. So that wold be good.

Lots of uses, little hassle
I bought this product to help with a rotator cuff (shoudler) problem. I've now found that I can get a reasonable workout while on travel without hitting the gym.

weak, cheap made
The band got broken after a few uses. Very cheap made. But Dick's is great, I could return it for full refund.

these bands work great
My husband (age 37) uses this 20lb resistance tube every day during our P90X workouts. He loves it. It works really well. We recommend using these resistance tubes. And once I get more muscle I'm going to use my 8lb dumbells less and use the 20-50lb resistance tubes more!!

Easy product to use
This fitness gear 20 lbs resistance is part of my son's baseball warm up routine to get his arm ready for pitching. The convenient part is the door wedge that accompanies the product, you can work your back, arms shoulders anywhere at anytime.
