I use tubes for conditioning young baseball players for throwing strength. I think the instructions should have specific instructions for baseball.

price is high for the quality
I use these resistance tubes in addition to weights 3 times a week,the resistance is fairly accurate to what it is suppose to be,however the cover that was put on to cover the handle / hook attachment rubs the shoulder when using to do a overhead press exercise.
