Excellent gear
I bought this particular band so that I could do the P90X circuit and it has been an incredible addition. Exactly the proper amount of resistance I needed, and the door hanger included made it much easier to incorporate into the routine. I definitely recommend it for P90X and every other application for which it is intended.

Works great
I used a different kind of the same product at the health club I belong to, but this one works even better. its easy to attach to your door knob when its closed and it works like a charm.
