One time use...
I was only able to use this once, and when I went to grab my yoga mat a few days later (which was bundled up with this), the end of one of the bands was undone. I already threw away the packing or I'd have just returned it for a refund. A little frustrating to wrap your mat with, but after this a total waste of money for me.

Not enough tension
I use this to stretch and do in home Pilates between classes. Just not enough tension, IMO, but a decent price.

Unnecessary
I suppose if your mat didn't come with a strap and you need to transport this may be of some use. Otherwise, just buy a six dollar strap with a buckle for the yoga poses.
