Sturdy!
It's a yoga mat. It does what a yoga mat should do. It's thick enough to be a little hard to roll up, and the end that was inside the original role is a bit bent, but straightening out over time. It's pretty. It's sturdy. I really have no complaints.

This mat is hard to use but the good thing about it is it is very pretty

Too slippery for use in yoga class
Very happy about this mat upon receipt. Thicker than standard yoga mat. I tried it the next day and my hands and feet were sliding off in both directions for downward dog. Not very relaxing. I'm not sure if it would get better over time. May be good for other types of floor exercises as general pad.
