Best ever! I have used many different knives and nothing compares to this knife. It doesn't get hot and has a good easy to us trigger switch. I prefer the thinner blades over the thicker blades but they both work great. March 15, 2013

quality knife This knife impressed me when filleting some hog 6 pound Lake Erie walleyes. My new Mister Twister Electric Fisherman Fillet Knife cut right thru the heavy rib bones easily as I slabbed off the 1st cut in my fish fillet. To me this is the most important cut in the process. The motor didn't show any sign of stress as my last electric fillet knife. Once this fish is slabbed the rest is easy. Wish this knife came with a carrying case since I pack it along to use in a fish cleaning station. July 25, 2012
