Test them out. These shoes were good until i took them long distance running with me. I run long distance all the time and the first time I used these for them, i ended up with plantar fasciitis(collapsing of the arch on your feet).The extra structure addition to the shoes was a little too much structure and ending up hurting my feet. I dont mind Nike shoes, but i would never purchase these again, if you want light weight shoes that are good for running, spend a little more money and get the Nike free runs if you are that into Nike shoes. Great Shoe for bad feet I have experienced Plantar Fasciitis for a number of years and even had surgery to release the Plantar. Shoes are a huge deal for me and these fit well have good arch support and help correct any poor stance issues. October 16, 2012
