Great comfort even though I do not run
I buy these GEL running shoes by Asics even though I do not run. Ever since having a bad case of plantar fasciatis, I can't find shoes that are comfortable to stand in let alone walk for any period of time in. Now I have the Gel shoes from Asics, I find they are affordable and longer lasting comfort than two of the cheaper shoes I was buying before. My daughter the 5-10 mile a day runner wears them too.

a great running shoe
I usually buy Asics Kayanos for running which I truly love! However, I had a gift card for Dick's, and the price was awesome for the Gel 1170.I like to have a second apir of shoes to alternte with. I've been wearing them about two weeks now and the comfort and support are great while running. I would purchase them again.
