Works real well and is not too hard to assemble. It is quiet and very efficient.
I would recommend it.
Only 2 complaints- seat is hard and the seat is too far back if you are short.

We really like this bike. It was easy to put together & it seems very sturdy. Like the other comments I will agree the seat is hard. We haven't bought a seat cover yet but we do plan to soon. I would recommend this bike. You get a good workout.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ela Good bike, Perfect for quick workout
I am very happy with this purchase. Bike arrived as scheduled and took only 30min. to assemble. I was able to assemble it on my own. This bike is perfect for daily workout. I like the bike size and handles which are perfect for upper body workout. My only complain will be that there is no Ipod holder. Also water bottle holder will be very useful. If you plan to purchase it I will also recommend to invest in seat padding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mary the go getter This ia an awesome product
This product stands up to its name. The only problem is the seat is uncomfortable. I love using this when I watch TV. I can go as slow or as fast as I want and burn tons of calories while I enjoy my favortie shows. I would recommend it to everyone. Thanks Schwinn.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Grandma A workout without going out
I am 70 years old, 5 foot five, 150 pounds and have a bad knee making it difficult to climb stairs or walk on uneven terrain and I live in an area with all washboard dirt roads. The machine was easy to assemble with the tools and hardware provided, my husband did it by himself in less than an hour. I use the AD2 with one or both of the operational modes, upper body and cycling; either way the exertion expended is dependent on the effort of the user. The increase of speed doesn't have that noticeable an effect on increased resistance, but the fatigue experienced is noticeable. I workout with the cycle for half an hour three times a week. The computer readout is easy to read and helpful in keeping track of my improving my endurance. After a few weeks of use we replaced the seat for a more comfortable style, it wasn't compatible with the AD2 design and had to be modified to work. There has been no problems with the performance of the machine and it feels solid and well built.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Personal Trainer Great Workout!!!
This bike was very easy to assemble. It is quiet and will give you a great workout! I use it 5 times a week to either warm up before a weight training session, or ride it longer for a good cadio workout. The only thing that keeps me from rating this bike a "5" is the seat. It is a little uncomfortable (hard). I purchased a gel seat cover for it and now it is perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by none good for daily use.
I work in a clinic where we have the next step up air dyne.I did not feel I needed this heavy of duty of item for home use. Have has this unit for a few weeks, using it daily up to 30-40 minutes. Very quiet, smooth unit. Easy to assembly(~20 minutes). Easier on my knees than my Elliptical. The main con is the magazine holder or i-pod holder should be higher up.
