Good Junior Helmet This helmet and mask combo has all the necessary certifications for AHAUS hockey. I bought the junior model for my five year old son. This helmet fits him quite well and he wears it with no complaints as the comfort and vision are satisfactory. The level of protection offered by this helmet is adequate for the little ones. I would recommend a more substantial helmet for players who are bigger, faster, and rougher. January 15, 2013

Great helmet once it's broken in This is a great helmet for your little hockey player once it's broken in. When the helmet is brand new the pads are fully expanded and may need some messaging so they don't squeeze too tight. Also, if your child is on the smaller side the facemask may be too large and need to be replaced with a smaller one. March 16, 2012
