UFC OcTek Training Station
Extremely Poor Quality Design
Spent about an hour putting the bag together. One kick later... the plastic height-adjusting insert was broken.
Extremely poor design that couldn't stand up to a serious cardio/core workout.

Punching the bag I can feel the plastic middle insert and while kicking it I can feel and see the middle plastic insert ready to break, So with this said I think this is good for maybe young kids or people who are not seriously involved in MMA. You cannot, "take it to it" on this bag. You will either break the plastic middle insert or hurt your hand or leg because the cushion is not that "cushiony" per say. In my opinion If you are serious about MMA or boxing this is not the product for you. You need to venture towards a hanging bag or a standing one like the Ringside Freestanding Boxing Heavy Bag. Hope this helps.

VERY Cheaply Made Product
I bought this bag today. I was looking forward to using this bag, but it broke after my first kick. The bag is cheaply made and looks like it after assembly. After spending quite a bit of time filling up the base and putting together all the necessary pieces, I was very disappointed. I am quite surprised that UFC would put their name on such a product.

This thing is a piece of garbage
I am a 26 year old amateur mma fighter, seems like any piece of equipment that has the "UFC" namesake is [@]quality. Within days to a week I forget but the plastic non removable screws broke off all around it so the bag moves all around if you don't hit it clean. Also if you use sand to make it heavy as possible, MAKE sure you don't get ANY sand what so ever inside any of the top bolt holes. I did and every few shots the bolts come semi loose. REALLY A LOW quality bag here folks. I suggest investing in a wavemaster or a regular boxing heavy bag really.

"Great for kicks and punches"
Great for practice of all types of kicks and punches. My son and I take a freestyle karate class and the training station helps us practice our techniques just as the bags used in class. It is a little too tall for my 11 year old son on some kicks but I bought it knowing he would grow into it. It is very solid but does leak water around the top of the base where it bolts. Not a big deal but I think I may try sand as I think it would make it less mobile and no worrys of leaks. Overall, great product I would recommend.
