They are constructed of durable polyurethane and lightweight high density foam padding with internal soft neoprene fabric for a comfortable fit. Designed with two hook and loop straps to secure the guards around the legs and an elastic strap secures insteps over feet. Contains 1 pair.

Shin Guards
Haven't had a chance to use in martial arts class yet, but the fit is comfortable. I'm fairly short and the adjusting straps of the small /medium size fit well. The Dick's staff was very helpful in selecting the size and got me free shipping/return by ordering on line at the store. Looking forward to long use of the shin guards.
