Constructed of soft neoprene fabric inside and durable outer polyurethane, the Century® MMA Shin/Instep Guards provide superior comfort during training with lightweight high density foam for impact absorption. Two hook and loop straps secure the guards around the legs with an elastic strap to secure the insteps over the feet. Contains 1 pair.

Rated 2 out of 5 by OctaneMMA Would Not Recommend For MMA After receiving a pair of the Century MMA Shin/Instep guards that I bought to keep at our Gym to be used by new students we quickly realized that these were not up to the caliber we need. The first problem we encountered was with sizing. These seem to be sized for Kids and not adults as they do not cover the entire shin. Secondly the construction was not that great and does not seem like it would provide much protection or durability going forward. So you may ask why 2 stars and not 1. I would recommend these to someone who is just looking to train using a heavy bag but not spar but for what we bought them for they did not meet our standards. December 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Tori Awesome I use this product specifically for muay thai and had not trouble putting it on. It easy to use and store back in my bag. The only thing different i would change is to have the pads a little thicker on the shin. August 5, 2012
