The Tippmann Gryphon Marker with Power Pack was designed to be easy to use, reliable, durable and of course, affordable. The power pack start kit includes the marker, hopper, mask and 9oz tank is now available, as well as the basic marker only option.

Gryphon power pack We went to Dicks after seeing a great price on this faux weapon. The Topsham Dicks did not carry the particular Gryphon that was advertised: only a larger more expensive package w/ unwanted accessories. We paid the extra $50. The weapon would not work. We opened up the side plate and a piece that was supposed to be linking two parts together fell out of the plastic side plate. Evidently the mfg realized that he had not installed the piece and just placed it under the plastic plate instead of reopening the weapon and installing it properly. So we paid too much for something that didn't work and the mfg is evidently unconcerned. May 13, 2013

Great gun...lots of pieces pros: This gun is a great purchase for any beginner. It shoots good and comes with a hopper, mask, and 9 oz air tank. The only thing that is required to shoot is paint.If you take your tank to the store they will fill it for free only for the first time.cons: the assembly of the gun is extremely complicated. Great Entry Level Product! This product was a great value for a beginer and start up purchase. Dick's staff helped get co2 availalbe so we could shot just after Christmas when everyone was out of propellent .. Great Job DICK'S! January 4, 2013
Great intermediate marker Bought this gun for my birthday, and I couldn't ask for a better starter weapon. The gun is durable and shoots fast, and the barrel uses the same bit as the Tippmann 98 custom on the barrel (so any barrel that works for a 98 works for the Gryphon as well). The design is great and streamline with no sticking out parts, and comes with an internal gasline. The grips feel good, the gun is lightweight and easy to use, and it does not require high maintenance. It is great for playing woodball and I would recommend to anyone coming into the sport who wants a great durable gun that can compete with just about any other woodsball gun for a fair price. I couldn't ask for a better gun while just getting into the game. January 3, 2013
Great Bought this gun to go paintballing with a couple of friends for the first time and what a time I had. The whole package is phenomenal for the price because it comes with everything you need to get started. Mask never fogs, the tank is small so I wound up buying a 20oz tank after I saw that the 9oz was too small, however the gun is lightweight, accurate, and there was no chopping at all. Was keeping up with the more experienced players with their guns that cost 5 times as much at this. I think you can get the longer barrel on here for 50 bucks so might do that but this gun will be with me for a while. Looks great and performs great. All in all great buy. November 28, 2012
